Diploma in Leadership and Transformation:
The Power of Conversations in the Digital Age

We maintain that companies are conversational networks, within the

organization, and with the environment. Your success or failure depends on the effectiveness of those conversations. Especially today, in the digital age. Leaders, executives and managers install the conversational culture, which is modeled throughout the organization.

Leaders’ conversational skills are key in this process, and there is no training to train them to generate powerful functional conversation networks in the complexity of the present.

At Newfield Consulting we are experts in developing skills

generic conversational, derived from the Ontology of Language. We offer this virtual learning experience that allows the installation of conversational practices that favor the achievement of better results in the midst of uncertain scenarios.

Those who participate and learn can regenerate their conversational networks through a new management model that affects the effectiveness of the leader, the team, and the organization’s system.

Start and first meeting of the learning community:

Meeting 1 July 22, 2020 First Diploma Workshop on Leadership and Transformation
Meeting 2 July 29,30,31 One-day workshops
Meeting 3 September 25, and December 11, 2020 100% Virtual

METHODOLOGY

The program is designed with different learning spaces, which place the participant at the center, and generate different experiences and experiences to facilitate the space for personal and system transformation (individual and company).

EACH CHALLENGE INCLUDES::

  • A meeting with your learning community. (2 hours)
  • An ontological coaching session. (1 hour)
  • An application session to a real work team, in order to account for their habitual behaviors and spaces for improvement in team leadership; the subsequent feedback will be taken as a coaching session. (2 hours)
  • A learning laboratory. (2 hours)
  • A virtual learning platform, where the participant receives reading materials and practices that facilitate a space for reflection and personal intervention in the personal and business system, monitored by the supervising coach.

 

OBJECTIVES

The objectives are

  • Increase the effectiveness of individuals and teams based on the achievement of their goals and the achievement of higher levels of performance.
  • Develop conversational networks with high standards of effectiveness, improving the operation and internal and external coordination of the organization.
  • Advance, through the multiplying action of the participants, in the creation of a new business ethical base based on legitimacy and mutual respect consistent with the values of the company.
