  • Duration: 4 and 5 months
  • Start by recording the network of relationships and difficulties of the team
  • Tailor the design to the team and its possibilities
  • Perform special work with the leader based on confidentiality and care
  • Combine face-to-face and virtual meetings
  • Use individual and team ontological coaching as a tool
  • Combine micro workshops, meeting observations, coaching
  • Immediately apply to reporting teams
  • Conduct pre/post competency assessments
