HISTORY

Newfield Consulting has more than 24 years of experience. Starting in 1996, founded by both Rafael Echeverria, author of the Language Ontology proposal, and Alicia Pizarro, ontological Coach, and transformational process designer. Both of them working together, came up with the concept of the Ontological Consulting discipline, as the platform for intervention in business and organizations.

They developed the certifications in Ontological Coaching, more than six thousand people have passed through their programs. Today, Newfield Consulting has a wide network of senior coaches in Argentina, Brazil, Central America, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Perú, Venezuela and the United States (Miami).

Newfield Consulting has carried out interventions with executive and managerial teams in multiple companies worldwide. The excellent results show the transformative power of the proposal and the methodology.
